Office Administrator
Location: Northampton
Salary: Up to £22,000 dependent on experience, plus bonuses (OTE £28,000 – £30,000)
Working hours: Monday to Friday, 08:30 am – 17:30 pm

looking for an experienced, hardworking administrator to join and support the sales team.
With excellent earning potential, an established client base and offering a niche product. This is the perfect role for someone with a background in sales or account management who works well within a team environment.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following;
- Managing stock movements
- Producing picking lists and cutting schedules
- Recording purchase orders onto the system
- Arranging load lists for drivers
- Administering sales orders and delivery paperwork
- Transferring stock
- General Filing
- Taking incoming telephone calls
- Welcoming visitors
- Any other duties to support the office
Experience required:
- Minimum of 2 years administration experience
- High attention to detail
- A proactive attitude with the ability to work autonomously and within a team
- Confident communicator via phone, email and face to face
